Ways in

Start with one system and one measurable result.

Pick the way in that suits you. The terms of each are stated here in full, not in the small print.

Three ways in

Founding Build Start here

One system from the menu, built free and yours to keep. This is how we begin with the people we work with first. The terms are the offer, not the small print, and all of them are stated up front.

  • A 30-minute scoping call. Your system of record named, access granted live. If access or the data fails, the clock never starts.
  • A one-page signed scope. It protects you from scope creep and binds you to nothing.
  • Live within 14 days of access being granted.
  • Handover: a walkthrough, a one-page SOP, and a question a week for 30 days.
  • The stated catch: a 20-minute debrief at the end, and permission to write the build up as a case study, anonymised on request. No catch beyond that, that is the whole reason.
  • Capacity is two at a time, one ever in active build. When both are taken, a dated waitlist, not silence.

The Audit

A paid discovery that has to earn its fee. It pays for itself in the first build.

  • A discovery session on where the hours go.
  • A written report ranking your top three opportunities by return.
  • One working system built and live within days, or you do not pay.
  • Handover: a walkthrough, a one-page SOP and 30 days of support.

The Retainer

Most start with one system on a real problem, and the rest of the menu opens on its own.

  • Up to two build cycles a month.
  • A weekly brief call.
  • New tools as the business grows.
  • A quarterly review.

What a build looks like

Two systems from the menu, both already running inside small UK transport businesses. Each one reads from tools you already use and puts its work where your team already looks.

Inbound Query Handler

Live today

Enquiry triage. Nothing sits in a queue. It sorts each enquiry as it lands, replies to the routine ones in your voice and books the calls worth having into your diary. You approve anything a customer sees.

Live today

One live view. The Friday spreadsheet is gone. Jobs, quotes and deals are read straight from the tools that already hold them, so the picture is current the moment anyone looks. Nobody types anything twice.

Questions

What is a fractional AI partner?

An outside team that builds and looks after AI systems for a small firm, part time, instead of a full-time hire. Anno Domini connects the tools you already run, builds one system at a time on top of them, and hands each one over for you to own.

What does it cost?

The Founding Build is one system, built free and yours to keep, in return for a 20-minute debrief and permission to write it up as a case study. Every system runs in your own accounts, usually under £30 a month, and that figure is stated before we build.

Do I have to change the software I use?

No. We integrate, never replace. Each system reads off the CRM, inbox, diary and job sheets you already run, and works inside the tools your team already opens.

Who owns what you build?

You do, outright. It runs in your accounts, it is not a subscription to us, and every build comes with a walkthrough and a one-page SOP.

How long does a build take?

A Founding Build is live within 14 days of access being granted. Most builds take three to seven days of work once the brief is agreed.

Who is it for?

Small UK firms that run on enquiries, quotes and jobs, such as estate agents, trades businesses and transport operators. Several of the systems already run inside small transport businesses.

Does the AI send anything to my customers without me?

Not unless you want it to. Anything a customer sees has a human approval step by default, and each system has checks so it keeps running when nobody remembers how it was set up.

Tell me where the time goes.

Pick the one job that wastes the most hours. That is the next build.
